This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book a charter, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you submit a charter inquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, preferred charter date, group size, yacht of interest and any notes you send us. If you contact us by phone or email we retain that correspondence.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and operate your charter, process payments, comply with maritime and tax obligations, and — where you have not objected — to contact you about availability, seasonal rates and offers.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the captain and crew of the yacht you charter, with the yacht owner, with payment processors, with caterers or vendors you ask us to arrange, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
Inquiry and booking records are retained for as long as needed to operate our business and satisfy legal, insurance and accounting requirements, typically up to seven years.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop sending marketing communications, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Florida residents and residents of jurisdictions with equivalent privacy legislation may have additional statutory rights, which we will honour on request.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
